Dogs are welcome; please use the front-yard grass for pet relief, not the courtyard. No access to the main-house pool or backyard. • Up to 2 dogs are welcome; add pets to your reservation. No cats. Use the front-yard grass for pet relief and clean up promptly. The courtyard is for lounging, not pet relief. • Kitchenette cooking uses a hot plate, microwave, and toaster oven. There is no full-size oven or dishwasher. • Dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi offers 500+ Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; actual performance may vary. Use your own streaming accounts and sign out before departure. • No smoking or vaping indoors. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. • TEMPORARY ROADWORK: Neighborhood repaving is scheduled October 5–November 20, 2026, Monday–Friday, 6 AM–5 PM. Construction noise and access delays may occur. Street parking is prohibited during those hours, with towing possible; use driveway parking and follow posted signs.
