Pool heating: Available beginning November 1, 2026, upon request for $60 per day. Please submit your request before the start of your reservation. Check-in and check-out: Self check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Parking: Use the driveway or the guest-accessible one-car garage. Street parking is not permitted. House rules: No pets, parties or events. Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–9:00 AM; please respect our residential neighbors. Pool and hot tub: Children must be supervised by an adult. No glass is allowed near or in the pool or hot tub. Weekly pool maintenance takes place on Tuesdays; the service team accesses the outdoor area only. Security: Exterior security cameras are located in the front and back yards.
